Still a mainstay of the summer concert season, the band will launch a 37-city North American tour on May 24th in West Palm Beach, FL. Department of Justice Settles Sex Discrimination Lawsuit Against North Carolina A & T State University

The Justice Department announced today that it has entered into a consent decree with the University of North Carolina and its constituent institution, North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University, that, if approved and entered by the Court, will resolve a complaint of employment discrimination that was filed by the United States against the University under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended. Turkey’s Top Court to Hear Case to Ban Ruling Party

The case accuses the party of seeking to undermine the secular state and includes a possible political ban of five years for Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
