At Least 19 Killed in Explosion At Istanbul Factory Building

The governor of the largest Turkish city, Istanbul, says at least 19 people have been killed in an explosion that ripped through a factory building.
Governor Muammer Guler said around 70 others were injured in Thursday’s blast, which occurred in an industrial section of the city. The governor said the cause of the explosion appears to be accidental.
Television footage showed a badly damaged multi-story building, with shattered windows and debris strewn around.
Rescue and medical workers at the site are working to save several people trapped under the rubble.
