Dutch Delegation to Explore Zimbabwe Business Opportunities
A delegation of Dutch companies will visit Zimbabwe on April 23-27 during a mission to explore trade and investment opportunities in the southern African country, APA learned in Harare on Wednesday.
The Southern Africa Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (SANEC) said in a statement that it will, in partnership with the Netherlands embassy in Harare, financial services group Deloitte and Dutch airline KLM, facilitate an orientation mission to Zimbabwe for Dutch companies.
“The mission will allow companies to orientate and familiarize themselves with the huge investment potential in Zimbabwe,” said SANEC.
The mission will focus mainly on the agro-food, construction and engineering, and transport and logistics sectors.
The head of the mission will be Jan Hak, chairperson of the Netherlands Agro, Food and Technology Centres.
During the visit, the delegation will meet with Zimbabwean business executives as well as attend the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair scheduled for the second largest city of Bulawayo during the same time.
