Meenakshi Subremani, a half-Indian half Liberian representing Montserrado county, has won the Miss Liberia crown out of 13 contestants.
She was announced winner of this year’s Miss Liberia competition early Sunday morning following a grueling contest.
The theme this year was “Beauty for Greater National Unity”.
Meenakshi is expected to serve a one-year term.
Miss Grand Kru County is the 3rd runner up, Miss Grand Cape Mount County is the 2nd runner up and Miss Grand Bassa County is the 1st runner up.
The prizes include two vehicles from TATA Motor for the winner and 1st runner up to be fueled for three months and six months respectively by Total Liberia.
The contest was held after three months of grooming and pre-finals.
