125px-Flag_of_Chad.svg_Recently appointed Chadian Prime Minister Emmanuel Nadingar has released the list of his 40-member government, including 18 new entrants.

General Kamougue remains at the Defense Ministry, Moussa Faki at the Foreign Affairs Ministry, Adoum Younousmi at the Infrastructure Ministry, Ahmat Mahamat Bachir at the Interior Ministry and Gata Ngoulou at the Finance Ministry.

Jean Bawoyeu Alingue moves from Justice to Posts and Telecommunications, former Agriculture Minister Raymond Mbailao Hamid Al-Mounajed is now the Justice Minister.

Mahamat Ali Hassan, former Trade Minister replaces Matar Brem at the Planning and Economy Ministry.

Mahamat Hissene, Communications Minister in the previous government, was not included in the new team. He is replaced by Ouaddai governor, Kedallah Younouss Hamid.

Dr. Toupta Boguena, a biologist trained in the United States, who was formerly Environment adviser to outgoing Prime Minister Youssouf Saleh Abbas, is the new Health Minister, replacing Dr. Ngombaye Djaïbe.

The newcomers include Abderahim Yunus Ali at the Education Ministry, replacing Abderamane Koko who is in prison since two months ago in the textbooks corruption case.

Ahmat Rakhi Mannany is appointed at the Livestock Ministry, replacing Colonel Bashir Okormi who became Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs.

Eugene Tabe becomes Petroleum and Energy Minister, replacing Mahamat Nasser Hassane, who is no longer a minister.

Djimrangar Dadnadji, Secretary General of the President’s Office, became Minister of Planning, a position previously held by engineer Hamid Dahalob who is now minister in charge of Decentralization reporting to the Prime Minister.

Women represent 30% of the government. They include Mrs. Assia Abbo, minister and Secretary General of the Government, Ms. Habiba Sahoulba, Secretary of State for Finance, Mrs. Kumari Abdelmouti, Secretary of State for Social Welfare, and Mrs. Mariam Attaher, Secretary of State for Agriculture.
