Sanjay Dutt Seeks Marriage Annulment

Looks like troubled star Sanjay Dutt just cannot catch a break! The actor and his wife Manyata have filed a joint declaration with South Goa’s registration authorities seeking withdrawal of their marriage declaration.

No they have not developed cold feet but don’t wish to solemnize their marriage under the Portuguese Civil Code, 1867 and intend to get married as per the Special Marriage Act, 1954.
