Posted by Sex and The City actor ‘Joe Petcka’ faces a two-year jail spell after allegedly beating his girlfriend’s pet cat to death.
The actor, who played Sean Sullivan in the TV series, has been charged with cruelty to animals after allegedly attacking girlfriend Lisa Altobelli’s cat during a drunken fight on Thursday (18Sept2008).
But Petcka’s lawyer has something else only to say. He says defending that his client was a mere victim. He says that the cat bit him and any injuries to the cat were in response to being bit.
