Tennessee Psychologist Pleads Guilty to Lying to the FBI

Dr. Roger Morgan, a psychologist, of Lakeland, Tennessee, pled guilty to making false statements to the FBI. Dr. Morgan denied having given money to then State Senator John Ford, knowing full well that he had been asked and had given money to Ford’s legal defense fund.
