Terrorists in Sri Lanka Kill 48 Civilians in Three Consecutive Days

The Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) have killed 48 civilians and injured 168 others in three successive days from February 2 to 4. At least 20 people were killed and 50 others were injured in bomb blast in a crowded passenger bus in Dambulla, Sri Lanka Saturday morning (February 2).15 civilians including 8 students were killed and 92 others were injured when a LTTE female suicide cadre blew herself up in Colombo Fort, on February 3.

Yesterday (February 4) an LTTE claymore was triggered off in a passenger bus at Ethawatunawewa, Welioya killing 13 civilians and injuring 16 others.

Since January 1 to date the LTTE has killed over 90 civilians.
