Zimbabwe Opposition Leader Arrested Again By Police

Zimbabwe’s opposition leader, Morgan Tsvangirai, was again arrested on Saturday while campaigning for this month’s presidential election run-off against President Robert Mugabe, his Movement for Democratic Change (MDC) said in a statement.
According to the statement, the MDC leader was arrested at a roadblock together with 11 other officials and was being detained at a police station outside the capital, Harare.
The opposition party did not say what charges its leader was facing.
This is the fifth time the MDC leader has been detained by the police since June 4.
